1. About the App

The App is a timer tool for activities including study, work, cooking, and fitness. The current version does not offer account registration, sign-in, social interaction, or user profile features, and does not ask you to directly submit identity information such as your name, phone number, or identification documents.

2. Information We Process

2.1 Timer and usage information. Your selected timer activity, timer duration, completion status, and statistics are used to provide timer, history, and statistics features. The current version primarily runs and processes this data locally on your device. We do not upload this timer content to our servers.

2.2 Local notification information. When you start a timer and grant notification permission, the App creates a local scheduled notification on your device to remind you when the timer ends. This notification is scheduled locally by the operating system and does not rely on a remote push notification server.

2.3 Advertising information. The App integrates the Pangle advertising SDK through flutter_unionad. To provide advertisements, measure advertising performance, prevent fraud, and improve advertising services, the SDK may process device model, operating system and version, app information, network information, IP address, advertising identifiers, and ad impression and click data in accordance with its privacy policy. The actual scope of processing depends on Pangle's current privacy policy and the permissions you grant through your operating system.

2.4 Crash and diagnostic information. The App does not independently create user profiles. The operating system, app runtime, or third-party SDKs may generate necessary crash, performance, and diagnostic information to identify faults and maintain services.

3. System Permissions and Their Purposes

• Notification permission: Used to show a local notification, play a notification sound, or display a badge when a timer ends. You may deny or disable this permission in system settings. The timer will remain available, but background reminders may not appear.
• Device vibration and system haptics: Used to provide vibration or haptic feedback when a timer ends. These capabilities are not used to collect information.
• App Tracking Transparency permission (iOS): The Pangle SDK may request permission to track activity across other companies' apps or websites to provide more relevant advertising. You may choose "Ask App Not to Track." The App will remain available, but advertisements may be less personalized.

The App currently does not actively request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, Bluetooth, or precise location.

4. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain timer, history, statistics, and notification reminder features;
• Address crashes, performance issues, and technical faults;
• Display advertisements, measure advertising performance, and prevent advertising fraud;
• Respond to your inquiries, feedback, or complaints; and
• Comply with applicable laws, legal proceedings, and regulatory requirements.

5. Information Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or exchange your personal information. To provide advertisements and advertising security, the App allows the Pangle advertising SDK and its advertising service partners to process necessary information. These third parties process information under their own privacy policies and may use service partners within the scope of those services.

Unless we have your authorization, disclosure is required by law, or disclosure is necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests of users, the public, or the App, we will not disclose your personal information to other parties. Third-party services may maintain independent privacy policies, and we recommend reviewing them before using the relevant services.

6. Information Storage and Security

In the current version, timer and statistics content is primarily stored in your device's app environment. You can delete related content from your device by uninstalling the App or clearing its app data through system settings. Retention periods and security measures for information processed by the third-party advertising SDK are governed by its own policy.

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect information. However, internet transmission and electronic storage are not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security in every circumstance.

7. Your Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may:

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we directly hold about you;
• Withdraw permissions for notifications, advertising tracking, or other device capabilities;
• Disable notifications, tracking, or other permissions through system settings; and
• Submit requests concerning information processed by the third-party advertising SDK in accordance with its privacy policy.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected a child's information, please contact us. After verification, we will promptly take appropriate measures, including deletion.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to our business, features, laws and regulations, or third-party services. We will provide notice of material changes through an in-app notice, an updated policy page, or another appropriate method. The updated Policy takes effect on the effective date shown above.
